JUAN + ANA SAA
(lead PASTORS)
Pastor Juan Saa and his wife Ana have been serving LifeWay Church since 2000. Juan began his ministry at the church as the worship leader and later accepted God's calling to serve as the Senior pastor in 2002. Native missionaries from Colombia South America, Juan and Ana's passion for God's work, His Word, prayer, and people is not only evident in their ministry, but in every area of their lives. They have been married for 28 years and have four children, Emily (26), Natalia (24), Manuela (21), Juan Esteban or 'J' (14) and grandson Dani (5)
SHAUN ROBINSON

Shaun was called to be a leader long before he stepped in to serve under Pastor Juan. He is passionate about serving as he challenges others to do the same. He believes that God desperately desires all people to find the freedom of living an abundant life in Him. Shaun is married to Whittney Robinson, our Children's Ministry Director. They have two children, Dalton and Moriah, who serve at LifeWay as well.
JENNIFER GAGE
(MINISTRY DIRECTOR)
Jen ensures that ministry leaders at LifeWay have the tools, training, and information they need in order to serve God's people effectively. Her hunger for God's presence and longing to see Christ's purposes fulfilled in others is a contagious and refreshing source of inspiration. She and her husband Dan currently reside in Raymond, NH.

Whittney Robinson
(CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR)
Whittney is a fierce leader who exhibits the true grace of God. She ensures our Children's Ministry runs smoothly, is safe and is biblically sound. Her responsibilities include building up leaders who teach our children who God is (Love) and what He has said (His Word). She provides ongoing encouragement and training for our PK Team members—laying a foundation to keep every child interested in learning about God and passionate about putting Him first in their lives.

Natalia Saa
(Worship Leader)
Natalia's desire to live a life that is well-pleasing to the Lord is beautifully displayed as she leads others to worship at the feet of Jesus. She is a strong leader who prayerfully and strategically oversees worship teams and the development of worship sets. She provides direction at weekly rehearsals, invests in team member growth and leads regional worship efforts that promote unity in the greater Body of Christ.
Natalia grew up watching her father lead worship and shepherd others in this ministry. Her passion to do the same continues to grow as the Lord cultivates this desire within her. Natalia is a joy to us at LifeWay.
