FIRE IN OUR BONES CONFERENCE

Feb. 28–MARCH 1, 2024

As a pastor, leader, or volunteer at LifeWay, this will be a time of personal revival, respite, and receiving ministry by men of God who love God and are doing great work for Christ around the world.

Ministry in New England presents many demands that can leave us depleted, discouraged, and disoriented. It is vital to fan the flame of God and set aside time to be replenished.

Pray that all those participating will experience:

> TRAVEL ID: Make sure to bring your license or passport or any form of ID that has your picture.

> TIME DIFFERENCE: San Diego is on Pacific Standard Time and therefore three hours earlier than Eastern Standard Time.

> TAP WATER: San Diego's drinking water quality meets regulatory requirements set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This means that San Diego tap water is generally considered safe drinking water. We will have bottled water available at our accommodations.

> WEATHER: Daytime will in the lower 60's and evening in the upper 40's or lower 50's. Bring light jacket and sweaters if you like to snuggle.

> CELL PHONE USAGE: We recommend minimal use of technology as this will be a time to unplug from the common distractions of life and ministry.

> CASH/CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: Please bring with you any form of credit or debit card payment for any unforeseen events. Have some cash available as well.

> TOOLS TO BRING: Make sure to bring your Bible, journal, and a pen to take notes. Have a light bag where you can keep these items, plus any conference materials in one place.

> GROUP BOUNDARIES: No unmarried couple can go back to the Airbnb. No members of the team can leave conference or Airbnb after quiet hours at any time, except in the case of an emergency. In such an event, please communicate with married couples leadership (Kutrubes' and Saa's).

> BREAKFAST: Breakfast will be prepared as a team at respective Airbnb locations.

> LUNCH & DINNER: During short Lunch and Dinner breaks there is the option to bring lunch bags, eat at the church cafe or local fare.

> FREE TIME: During Thursday's LONG DINNER BREAK we can make use the pool and amenities at big Airbnb.
